This is is a significant residential development for a vacant and topographically complex building site located in a hilly and leafy residential suburb of Nottingham.

 

Following a lengthy pre-app enquiry, our design brief evolved and arrived at the planning submission of a proposed development of; 1 x detached 3-bedroom dwelling with 2 off-street parking spaces, substantial private garden terrace with great views over a residential valley. Additionally, we received approval for, 4 x 2-bedroom luxury apartments and 9 x 1 bedroom luxury apartments, 3 of which are penthouses overlooking a large tree lined communal garden. All approved apartments have off-street car and cycle parking directly off Porchester Road.

Due to the context of the site and its troubled history, the planning application process for this development was highly complex and consumed a period of 18 months before receiving approval by committee. 

We will be very proud to see this proposed development constructed and contributing homes of a high standard of design and construction to the local community that it will eventually serve.
